The third Phuket Thailand Open on the Swatch-FIVB Women's Beach Volleyball World Tour will be held on Karon Beach, Phuket from November 4-9.
One of the top beach volleyball tournaments in Asia, the US$175,000 event has attracted a number of leading professional teams from around the world.
More than 70 teams are expected to take part in the tournament including those from Brazil, the USA, Japan and Thailand. Reigning world and Olympic champions Misty May-Treanor and Kerry Walsh of the USA may join the competition.
Daily action begins at 9am except on the final day when the first match starts at 3pm. Admission is free.
