Two projects in pipeline

Number One Housing Development Co, a developer well-known in eastern Bangkok, plans two new residential projects worth 1.1 billion baht located adjacent to its flagship Blue Lagoon project in Bang Na. Its 700-million-baht three-storey townhome project and a 400-million-baht single-house project are planned for launch this year to serve buyers in Bang Na.

Townhomes would be sold at prices from three million baht a unit while prices for single houses would be between four and five million baht each.

Managing director Suthum Suwannapasri said the company was still positive about its sales as this year it had already reached 400 million baht. The company expects to earn a record 800 million baht for the whole year following the sale of its Blue Lagoon development.

The company has sold around 120 units of the first phase of single houses in Blue Lagoon project. It has another 40 units left and plans to launch the second phase of 100 units soon.

The company is still confident in demand for the super luxury segment so Number One yesterday launched a 300-million-baht Grand Blue Diamond zone, comprising nine units on lots of 138-264 square wah and priced from 25-37 million baht.

Number One Housing still has a land plot near Ramkhamhaeng University's Bang Na campus that might be developed as rental apartments
