Following Bayer’s international organisational pattern, Bayer Thai operates in four subgroups: Bayer Polymers, Bayer Chemicals, Bayer HealthCare and Bayer CropScience.

Bayer Thai manufactures products for crop protection, household hygiene – including Baygon – and animal health at the Bangpoo plant in Bangpoo Industrial Estate.

At the same time, in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, the company maintains a manufacturing facility, which produces engineering thermoplastics, plus a regional manufacturing base for tantalum and niobium powders, namely H.C. Starck (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Bayer products manufactured at the Bangpoo and Map Ta Phut plants are also marketed overseas.
