The company manufactures vehicles for export and domestic sale and distributes GM vehicles and parts in Thailand.
With an investment of 27 billion baht, The General Motors Thailand Assembly Center was established to manufacture GM and alliance vehicles for export and the domestic market under the names Chevrolet, Holden, Opel, Subaru and Vauxhall. For the years 2000–2003, the production will include Zafira MPV, Alfa Romeo 156 and the Isuzu one-tonne pick-up truck.
