Prologue of Sin Thai

Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. took its first step in 1988, when its office and warehouses were established with a registered capital of 50 million baht. As a subsidiary of Leong Jin Corporation Pte Ltd. (Singapore), the company seeks to fulfill Thailand’s increasing needs for special steel, resulting from the kingdom’s rapid industrialisation.

Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. enjoys the status of a steel professional in terms of hands-on expertise and technological transfer. As a subsidiary of Leong Jin Corporation Pte. Ltd., Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. has jointly expanded its product line to include avant-garde steel, which is lightweight, strong and has a low-alloy content. Equally important is Leong Jin Corporation’s strategic business alliance with ThyssenKrupp, Germany’s renowned steel conglomerate, which ensures an uninterrupted wave of advanced technological transfers and steel supplies.

Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. is totally committed to providing various types of special steel in accordance with such international standards as DIN, EN, AS™, ASME AISI, BS, and JIS. The company keeps stock of an extensive range of premier special steel, imported from prominent European steel mills, such as Industeel Arcelor Group, France and Dillinger H?tte GTS, Germany. Additionally, Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. also supplies Lenox Bandsaw blades, manufactured by American Saw Manufacturing Company, U.S.A., and Metalis Bandsaw blades, manufactured in Germany, to various industrial users.

Sin Thai Special Steel Co., Ltd. has transformed a five-rai area in Bangsaothong, Samut Prakan, into its efficient office and warehouses. They are comprehensively equipped with a gas-cutting facility and fully automatic bandsaw machines, which are able to cut up to one metre in diameter. Furthermore, in terms of services provided, the company offers customised and heat treatment services for different product specifications.
