UNT was founded in consideration of the country’s strong potential to prosper and become fundamental for Thailand’s future development.

The company’s modern manufacturing facility in Rayong is equipped with the most sophisticated technology available. Owing to its strategic location, UNT is able to provide its customers with on-time delivery services.

The new nylon compound factory

UBE Nylon (Thailand) Limited’s new compound factory will usher in new and more advanced technology from overseas, enabling the company to serve a much wider customer base.

As the demand for the company’s products increased, UNT decided to construct the new factory to increase its production capacity and better serve its current and prospective markets.

The manufacturing plant’s strategic location remains an advantage for the company. Suppliers and customers are located within the vicinity of the UNT manufacturing plant, allowing the company to provide on-time delivery.

The new compound factory is expected to produce 6,000 MT of Nylon 6 glass fibre reinforced grade nylon, mainly for the automotive sector. The demand for this product has dramatically increased over the past few years for intake manifold and other module applications, and UNT foresees that the demand will increase still further in the coming years.

The future

In the future, UNT expects to increase its production capacity in order to serve a much wider customer base. Furthermore, the company vows to adhere to the standards of quality and service that have earned the company the respect and confidence of its clients here in Thailand and overseas.
