From Athens for three consecutive days, three stalwart Thai girls in the weightlifting team have made us here in Thailand extremely happy. Aree Wiratthaworn won the first bronze following by the historic heroine, Udomporn Polsak, who claimed a gold and then Wandee Kameaim, who secured another bronze. This Khaosod excerpt reports on what Thais award their Olympic medallists.
