Somehow,
there was a news leak of the impending oil price rise eight hours
before
it come into effect. Many big operators had stored up enormous amount
of petrol in order to gain profits from the price differential.

เบนซินทำให้เกิดการกักตุนน้ำมันเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการที่มี
รถขนน้ำมันจำนวนมากที่จะเก็บน้ำมันได้มากกว่ากลุ่มสถานีบริการ
(ปั๊ม)น้ำมัน
นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มผู้ค้าน้ำมันต่างก็พากันคาดการณ์ว่า ภายในสุดสัปดาห์นี้
หรืออย่างช้า
สัปดาห์หน้า คงจะต้องมีการปรับราคาน้ำมันเบนซินอีกครั้งหนึ่งแน่นอน
ซึ่งผู้ที่ตุนน้ำมันไว้
ก็จะได้ประโยชน์จากการเก็บไว้ในระยะนี้แน่นอน ในขณะที่กองทุนน้ำมันต้องเป็น
ผู้รับภาระจ่ายค่าชดเชยส่วนต่างของการปรับราคาดังกล่าว
