In spite of the extraordinarily high prices of fuel, an importer of luxury cars recently launched a Bently Continental Flying Spur priced at 23 million baht, said to be the world's fastest luxury saloon. Porches and Jaguars, priced from 7.8 up to 10.9 million baht were also expected to meet their sales targets this year. This Matichon  excerpt has more details.

รถยนต์หรู "เบนท์ลีย์" จากอังกฤษ เปิดตัวรถยนต์เบนท์ลีย์ รุ่นคอนติเนนทัล ฟลายอิ้ง สเปอร์ ราคา
คันละ 23 ล้านบาท ให้กำลัง 560 แรงม้า ความเร็วสูงสุด 312 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง ถือเป็นรถซาลูน
ที่ให้ความเร็วที่สุดในโลก ทั้งนี้ มีเศรษฐีเมืองไทยสั่งจองแล้ว 2 คัน

แต่มั่นใจว่าปีนี้เบนท์ลีย์จะสามารถขายได้ตามเป้าหมาย 10 คัน เช่นเดียวกับรถจากัวร์ และปอร์เช่
ที่บริษัทเป็นผู้นำเข้าและจำหน่าย มั่นใจว่าจะขายได้ตามเป้า คือ ปอร์เช่ 50 คัน ซึ่งปลายปีนี้จะนำเข้า
รุ่นเคแมน ราคาคันละ 10.9 ล้านบาท เครื่องยนต์ขนาด 3400 ซีซี วางเป้ายอดขายปีหน้า 30 คัน
ส่วนจากัวร์มียอดขายแล้ว 60 คัน ราคาเฉลี่ยคันละ 7.8 ล้านบาท
