From any river-front access. Viewing from public piers prohibited. Viewing areas organised by the TAT:
* The Bank of Thailand n Bangkok Noi Railway Station n The Royal Navy Club n The Naval Hydrographic Department Thai Khadi Research Institute of Thammasat University also provides seating. Tickets cost: 1,000 baht. Reservations: From the TAT, tel 694-1222 ext 1191-92 and at the institute Tel 623-5070, 223-0195. Restaurants and private homes and piers from Tha Wasukri to the Temple of the Dawn are also selling seats. Ticket holders should be in their seats by 2pm. Spectators are not allowed on Phra Pinklao bridge while the procession is passing but there are good viewing areas beneath it.
